Overview
The Beta Division (Β) is a Division of the Leonidas Corps of the Bruskarian Army. As the second of the Corps' 24 Divisions, Beta Division serves as a conventional offensive formation and specializes primarily in Light Infantry.
Its name is derived from Beta (Β), the second letter of the Greek alphabet, in accordance with the Leonidas Corps' Greek-based system of military designation.

Role
Beta Division is primarily composed of Light Infantry and is intended to provide the Leonidas Corps with a mobile and lightly equipped infantry force. Unlike Divisions built around heavier forms of combat, Beta Division emphasizes mobility, reduced equipment weight, and rapid movement while maintaining its role as a conventional offensive force.
Its personnel are trained and equipped primarily for conventional ground combat, allowing the Division to operate effectively across a variety of environments and circumstances.

At full strength, Beta Division consists of 23,040 soldiers organized according to the standard Bruskarian military grouping hierarchy.
The Division contains 4 Regiments, each consisting of 6 Battalions. Each Battalion contains 6 Companies, each Company contains 10 Platoons, and each Platoon contains 4 Squads of 4 soldiers.
This gives Beta Division a total of:
4 Regiments → 24 Battalions → 144 Companies → 1,440 Platoons → 5,760 Squads → 23,040 Soldiers
As throughout the Leonidas Corps, its subordinate formations follow the Corps' Ancient Greek naming conventions.
Insignia
Beta Division is represented by the capital Greek letter Beta (Β). Its divisional color is red-orange, representing the second stage of the color progression used to distinguish the 24 Divisions of the Leonidas Corps.
The insignia retains the standardized design shared by the Corps' divisional emblems, allowing Beta Division to remain immediately identifiable as part of the Leonidas Corps while maintaining its own distinct identity.
