Brushstrokes for the Bay just wrapped up its first seasonal art competition! For Winter 2025, participants in elementary and middle school throughout the Bay Area were invited to submit their pieces following the theme: Winter is often experienced through the warmth, joy, and coziness of a home. How can small acts of kindness help protect the place we call home?

Call for Chapter Leads!

Brushstrokes is looking for passionate, Bay Area high schoolers who want to help us spread our mission of highlighting environmental issues through public art!

As a Chapter Lead, you would be involved with: 

• Leading murals & a volunteer team in your city

• Creating measurable & large-scale impact in your area

• Become a founder & Brushstrokes officer

Volunteer With Us

We always welcome volunteers to come help us with our murals! Currently, we are looking for painters for our LEAF murals. High school students are also able to earn service hours with us!
