Travel Grants and Bursaries

2026 Update:

For yet another year, we are proud to say that we will be able to offer our members a number of travel grants and bursaries to support attendance at relevant rhinology related courses and observerships.

Also, please make sure to keep a lookout for additional opportunities as we are constantly looking to expand our funding to support the educational needs for our members!

“I am sincerely grateful to BRS for supporting my two-week Visiting Clinical Observership at the Center for Cranial Base Surgery, UPMC, Pittsburgh. Under the mentorship of Dr Snyderman, Dr Wang, Dr Choby and Dr Zenonos, I gained invaluable exposure to advanced rhinology and endoscopic skull base surgery, and observed close collaboration between rhinology, neurosurgery and oculoplastics teams. The experience enhanced my understanding of expanded endonasal approaches, reconstructive options, and perioperative care of skull base patients. It also provided valuable insight into a different healthcare system and model of surgical training. Overall, the visit broadened my surgical knowledge and clinical perspective, with lessons that I will carry forward into my future practice."
