Vice President - Shayan Shahidi
I am delighted to be serving as Vice President of BRS Juniors this year. Last year, I was the Resident Doctor Representative, which gave me a valuable opportunity to better understand the organisation and its structure, and I hope that experience will help me carry out my responsibilities more effectively this year.
My aims for the year include supporting the digitalisation of BRS Juniors’ infrastructure, improving its web- and email-based platforms, and continuing to develop and strengthen the webinar programme. I also look forward to building on the excellent work of the previous committee and helping support another productive year for BRS Juniors.
Secretary - Nimisha Vallabh
Nimisha is an ST7 Otolaryngology trainee in the North West of England with a specialist interest in rhinology. She is passionate about advancing patient care through research, education and collaboration, and am delighted to serve as Secretary of the BRS Juniors Committee. Outside work, I am a mother of two young boys and value balancing surgical training with family life.
