- On Wednesday February 7th at 9:00 PM to the time finished we need help setting up tables and labeling for projects (great for students who need service hours)
- On Thursday February 8th from 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM we need help with project check in. If you have a computer you could bring to help.
- On Friday February 9th (Day of the Fair) We need judges and category chaperones for middle school from 7:45 AM to 11:30 AM. High School Judges from 12:45 PM to 4:00 PM.
- On Sunday February 11th we need help with check-out (passing out ribbons and invitations to the award ceremony) from 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM and help with the table break down and clean-up (great for students who need service hours) from 5:30 PM to time finished.
