We’re two former Equinox trainers who flew the coop in 2019 and never looked back. After years of rep counts, protein shakes, and awkward stretching demos under corporate fluorescent lighting, we decided it was time to take matters (and dumbbells) into our own hands.
Brooklyn Private Training Co. was born out of that leap — a no-nonsense, hype-free, ego-less zone where we help real people get strong, feel good, and maybe even laugh a little along the way. We’re not here to yell at you or blast EDM at 7 a.m. (unless that’s your thing — we’re versatile). We’re here to deliver smart, tailored training in an environment that feels like you’re working out with someone, not for someone.
No cookie-cutter programs. No cult vibes. Just two trainers who really love what we do, believe in movement as medicine, and know when to push and when to pull back (except on leg day — Jorge is relentless).

Jorge blends precision strength training with mobility work. Like a human metronome, but with traps. Excels at injury recovery and long-term progress.
Credentials: B.S. Mechanical Engineering, Olympic Weightlifting USAW L1, Strength & Conditioning.
