We begin with a gentle movement assessment & health history review. We learn about your goals, and any concerns.
STRENGTH & BALANCED FOCUSED
Our sessions combine functional strength exercises, balance drills, and fall-prevention techniques that mimic everyday movements—getting up from a chair, navigating stairs — so you feel stronger in real life, not just in the gym.
OPTIONS
We train clients in the comfort of their home, building gym, or a private gym space.
