This project was to demonstrate how mind mapping can help you brainstorm and categorize your thoughts into main topics, sub topics and supporting details.
I chose to talk about how to become healthier as a whole. I wrote down 4 main topics then that lead to 3 sub topics on each about how I could achieve this, then that lead to action steps.
I learned how important mind maps can be especially as a visual learner. In the future it can help me with school or in life when im overwhelmed with a lot.
