We created a handout as an overview of the presentation: "Five Components of Building and Effective Staff.” This information identifies the importance of: articulating the vision and mission of the primary unit, division, and institution; consulting with individuals with differing perspectives to make informed decisions; and how a manager can lead others to contribute toward the effectiveness and success of the unit, division, and institution.

Facilitated a personal branding workshop at two student leadership conferences. The first took place at Arkansas Tech University at the Women's Leadership Conference in 2016; the next occurred at the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith for the Greek leadership conference in 2017. The interactive presentation provided students with an opportunity to identify their personal values and perspectives in order to create goals and identify opportunities for growth and development.
