Kennel Booker App
Introducing the KennelBooker Fur Parent App! Available on both iOS and Android, this app is designed to make managing your pet’s stay at our kennel easier and faster than ever. When you open the app, you’ll be prompted to enter our business code, BPRR, which links the app to our kennel. Please note that the code is case-sensitive. After entering the code, you’ll see the login screen where you can sign in with your email address and password. Enjoy a quicker way to book and stay connected with your furry friend’s stay with just a few taps!

Preparing for Your Pet’s Stay
At Bronte Pet Resort, the health and safety of all our guests are our top priorities. Therefore, we require a current vaccination certificate for your pet prior to booking. Additionally, external parasite prevention is mandatory for boarding.

Vaccination and Prevention Requirements:
Dogs: DHPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccinations, along with tick and flea prevention.
Cats: FVRCP and Rabies vaccinations, along with flea prevention.

Comfort and Familiarity: To ensure your pet’s stay is as comfortable as possible, we recommend bringing their favorite food from home. Familiar food is gentler on their stomachs and helps ensure they eat well. Packing a bit extra, along with their beloved treats, is always a good idea!
Our Care: We take care of the rest, providing cozy beds, soft blankets, dishes, toys and for our feline friends, a litter box and litter. Our goal is to make your pet’s stay a home away from home.

Pick-Up Policy:
Pets picked up before 11:00 AM will not be charged for that day.
Pick-up and drop-off hours should be mentioned in the booking form.
