Boarding Agreement:
Visits: Our door is always open for your loved ones, but visits are by appointment only. We assure pet owners that the highest standards of care are provided at all times. Pets are welcome with proof of current vaccinations.
Payment: To ensure a smooth reunion with your pet, we request that payment be made before pick-up. We accept E-Transfer, Debit, and Credit. Peak seasons include Christmas, March Break, all weekends in June, July, August, and long weekends.
Booking and Cancellation Policies: All reservations require a non-refundable 15% deposit upon booking, based on the number of days reserved and suites required.
Aggressive Dogs: Aggressive dogs will not be accepted for boarding or daycare.
Vaccinations: Proof of vaccinations is required annually. You may provide a copy of the certificate signed by your veterinarian or email it to us. Pets without current vaccinations will not be permitted to enter. If vaccinations expire during an extended stay, we will take your pet to the vet, with a minimum charge of $50 plus the vet bill. Required vaccinations:
Dogs: DHPP, Rabies, and Bordetella
Cats: FVRCP and Rabies
Medication: All medications must be handed over at boarding arrival, with extra medication recommended. Medication fees:
Oral administration: $2 per application
Ear and eye medication: $2 per application
Daily diabetic care: $10 per day (including injections)
Medications outside our hours: $10 per application
Medications requiring two people: Additional charges apply
Medications should be labeled with your pet’s name, drug name, and dosage. Inform us of any medical conditions such as allergies, arthritis, or tumors. While we administer medications as required, our staff is not specifically trained to treat medical conditions. For concerns, consider boarding your pet with a veterinarian or animal hospital.
Special need : Any geriatric boarder may incur additional charges eg: additional help for getting up, diaper change or assisted feeding ( Please e-mail with detail and we will answer with any additional charges if any )
Important for Us to Know: Inform our staff if your pet has any of the following issues: seizures, heart murmurs, infections, bleeding, diarrhea, arthritis, allergies, hip dysplasia, tumors, constipation, or any other conditions.
Medical Attention: If your pet requires emergency veterinary care during their stay, we will use our vet. There will be a charge for our time and any veterinarian bills paid on your behalf will be added to your invoice.
Feeding: Please inform us of your pet’s feeding schedule to maintain their comfort. We recommend bringing their current food to avoid stomach issues. Special diets are accommodated, and we have a refrigerator and freezer for raw food. Please bring food in a labeled container with enough for the entire stay.
No collection: Any pet not collected within 5 days of the agreed date of collection will be considered abandoned.
