Academic Profile
Dr. Ali Akbar Bromideh is an interdisciplinary researcher specializing in Marketing Management, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, and Applied Statistics. His research focuses on the integration of advanced quantitative methodologies and computational intelligence to investigate contemporary challenges in consumer behavior, sustainable marketing, digital transformation, and strategic decision-making. His recent work has concentrated on AI-driven marketing analytics, greenwashing detection, sustainability communication, marketing intelligence, and the application of machine learning to business research.
His research philosophy is grounded in the belief that complex managerial and societal problems require interdisciplinary approaches that combine rigorous theoretical development with advanced analytical techniques and practical relevance. Accordingly, his work bridges marketing theory, statistical modeling, machine learning, and strategic management to develop evidence-based solutions for organizations operating in increasingly data-intensive and technology-driven environments.
Methodologically, his expertise encompasses multilevel modeling, latent profile analysis, structural equation modeling, Bayesian statistics, predictive analytics, machine learning, natural language processing, and mixed-methods research. He is particularly interested in developing explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) frameworks and predictive models that improve organizational decision-making while contributing to sustainable business practices.
Alongside his academic career, Dr. Bromideh has accumulated more than two decades of executive and strategic leadership experience within the automotive and technology sectors, where he has led initiatives in international cooperation, marketing strategy, branding, product development, and business innovation. This extensive industry background enables him to translate theoretical insights into practical applications and to conduct research that is both scientifically rigorous and managerially relevant.
His current research agenda lies at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, Sustainability, Consumer Behavior, Business Intelligence, and Digital Innovation. Through interdisciplinary collaboration, he seeks to advance the development of intelligent decision-support systems, promote responsible and sustainable marketing practices, and contribute to the emerging field of AI-enabled management research.
My long-term research agenda is to advance the integration of artificial intelligence, marketing science, and sustainability to develop intelligent, transparent, and evidence-based decision-support systems for organizations. I investigate how computational methods—including machine learning, natural language processing, and advanced statistical modeling—can enhance marketing theory, improve consumer understanding, detect deceptive market practices, and support sustainable business strategies. Through interdisciplinary research that bridges management, data science, and behavioral research, I aim to contribute to the development of responsible AI applications that generate both scientific knowledge and practical value for businesses, policymakers, and society.
