I love everything about sports: playing, coaching, analyzing, and promoting.
I graduated in May of 2017 from Northeastern Wisconsin Lutheran High School in Green Bay, WI. I am currently a freshman majoring in Sports Management at Ohio University in Athens. Also, I am blessed to be in the College of Business Honors Program.
Sports have always been a huge part of my life. I started watching ESPN and SportsCenter at age 3. My dad has been a coach my entire life. This has allowed me to be around the sports world since day one. I have seen the business aspect of high school sports, from organizing fundraisers to filling schedules, as well as putting together orders for new uniforms. My baseball coach at my high school of 130 students is also the athletic director. He is the one who stimulated my interest in the sports business world and has shaped what I would like to do in life: become an athletic director at the interscholastic or intercollegiate level. I have had many experiences that not many kids have been able to experience themselves. I’ve been to hundreds of sporting events, shadowed a Division 2 high school athletic director, attended two LCMS National Youth Gatherings, and taken countless road trips. All of these experiences, and more, have shaped me into who I am. I am self-motivated, mature, and driven to reach my goals. I know what needs to be done in the classroom, and I do it without procrastination because I know it needs to be done. I was an active member of three sports and National Honor Society in my high school, and currently am a student-manager for the Ohio University baseball team.
