Welcome to my official campaign site for the Western Region Director of Collegiate Affairs.
My name is Bro. Hur-Khan Allen, and I’m honored to lead a movement focused on revitalizing our undergraduate chapters, enhancing the collegiate experience, and building a legacy of excellence across our region.

Blu Passport: Travel. Fellowship. Represent.
The Blu Passport program encourages undergraduate brothers to travel across campuses, build bonds, and increase visibility through destination events hosted by selected chapters. It’s about showing up, showing out, and strengthening our presence.
Restructuring Miss Phi Beta Sigma Pageant: Empowerment Through Excellence
I have reimagined the Miss Phi Beta Sigma Pageant into a scholarship-driven, high-impact initiative that promotes leadership, campus engagement, and financial empowerment. Every chapter plays a role in elevating this signature event.
Chapter Reactivation: Rebuilding Our Legacy
I am committed to reactivating dormant chapters and expanding our footprint. Through a structured Area DOCA model and dedicated advisory teams, we’re ensuring every brother has a chapter to call home.
Enhancing the Collegiate Experience
To truly elevate the collegiate experience, we must rethink how we support undergraduate brothers in accessing major fraternity events. This initiative proposes a regional bylaw change that redistributes the financial responsibility for participation in events like Conclave, Regional Conference, and Leadership Development Institutes.
