Enhancing the Collegiate Experience

"I’m That Sigma"

To truly elevate the collegiate experience, we must ensure that undergraduate brothers have equitable access to major fraternity events. This initiative introduces a regional bylaw change that redistributes the financial responsibility for event participation—making leadership development more accessible and impactful.

The Vision

Create a shared financial model for registration costs to major events like:

•  International Conclave

•  Western Regional Conference

•  Leadership Development Institute

The Structure

•  Western Region sponsors one collegiate per State, selected by the State Director.

•  Graduate Chapters sponsor one collegiate from the undergraduate chapter(s) they advise.

•  Undergraduate Chapters commit to sending one collegiate from their chapter.

•  Each level must sponsor a different brother, ensuring broader participation.

*This model applies to registration only. Travel and lodging costs may be shared collaboratively among all three levels.*

Expected Outcomes

•  Increased undergraduate presence at leadership events.

•  Stronger collaboration between collegiate and alumni chapters.

•  A culture of shared responsibility and investment in our future leaders.
