A major focus of I-O psychology is the strategic management of talent. I've taken that education beyond the classroom through projects at Peak Performance and Inmar Intelligence.
In April 2022, I designed a gap analysis assessment containing 30 situational judgment test (SJT) questions, which assessed employees' readiness for training and additional career opportunities against 9 different competencies using the Angoff scoring method.
In June 2022, I joined Inmar Intelligence for a 10-week internship as their first People Analytics intern. I presented to the executive leadership team an interactive dashboard visualizing statistically significant drivers of Inmar's corporate turnover and provided them with practical recommendations for increasing retention within and across divisions.
