Hi! I'm Brittany, a third-year Ph.D. student studying Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology at Wayne State University. I previously graduated with my M.S. in I-O Psychology from the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga.
My current research interests lie at the intersection of non-standard work and occupational health psychology, where I am most interested in how structural work characteristics of contingent work arrangements impact worker well-being and career sustainability outcomes.
I have over 6 years of research and industry experience spanning areas of selection/assessment, learning and development, and OD/change management. In May 2026, I joined Vantage Leadership Consulting as a Research Associate, where I help bridging contemporary organizational science with the firm’s coaching and assessment practice.
