The registration is open on 18 December 2018. The early deadline for registration is 01 March 2019 and the final deadline is 01 April 2019. When considering financial support and and the allocation of presentation slots, higher priority will be given to those who register before the early deadline.

- Affiliation
- Contact email address
- Current stage of career (PhD student, PDRA, etc.)
- Dates on which you intend to participate the meeting
- Whether financial support for travel is needed (note that we have a limited support sponsored by IOP)
- Whether you apply for a presentation slot
- (If you plan to give a talk) the title and abstract of your talk
Participants will be responsible for their own meals, travel and accommodation arrangements. The Colleges at Durham University have a limited number of cheap B&B rooms during the Easter break, and please refer to the Local Information page for more details about booking.
