A member of a military family, his father having served in the U.S. Army for over two decades, Speaker of the Assembly Brilliam was born in San Jose, California Province, on March 27th, 1983, to a loving family descended from staunchly Catholic immigrants.
Following an eventful youth as a star student in U.C. San Francisco's Debate Team, Student Newspaper, Student Senate, and the budding College Republicans, he transferred to continue education at Stanford Law School, graduating and passing the bar, joining thousands of distinguished attorneys in the State of Sierra.
Working as a public defender, Speaker of the Assembly Brilliam J. Chaotic juggled many cases for those unable to afford to defend themselves in court with vigor, becoming a prominent member of public office in Perez v. the State of California, in which he defended a gay couple against then-passed Proposition 8, which banned gay marriage.
Skyrocketed to the public view as a result of coverage of the case, then-Mr. Chaotic later retired from his position as public defender, and ran for the state legislature, popularly elected and chosen become the Speaker of the Assembly by his fellow Assemblymen that term. His record as a strong conservative, working to limit government role in the lives of Sierrans everywhere, while promoting the economic and social environment they lived in, served to have him promoted even further in public office to represent the State of Sierra in the U.S. Senate.
Re-elected with an even larger margin for a second term, Senator Brilliam J. Chaotic proceeded to serve the people of Sierra in the Capitol where he lived with his fiancee, and soon-to-be wife, Ms. Angela Hiyagami, moving to pass legislation that would truly be represent the Sierran people, from improving the lives of Native American communities to greater Internet access in 'online deserts', from addressing the waterways issues of the Sierran farmers to tackling the opioid crisis by reforming inept government bureaucracy.
Following his return to state politics, he was re-elected with a Republican majority to sit on the Sierran Assembly, being elected to be the presiding officer as Speaker of the Assembly and continuing his work for Sierrans everywhere in what is arguably the most productive session of state legislature in recent history for the State of Sierra.
Today, having secured the nomination of the Sierran State Republican Party to run for Governor alonside his running mate of choice, close friend, and long-standing public servant of the people of the State of Sierra, U.S. Representative Programatically Sun VII, he is running to be your Governor. As a candidate who has been in state government enough to understand the issues that matter as well as one willing to work across the aisle to get things done, Speaker of the Assembly Brilliam J. Chaotic intends to be a candidate for all Sierran citizens, aiming to 'Revitalize Sierra, the American Way'.
