Between January 30th and February 3rd, the New Cross College, one of the project partners and a school located in Dublin, hosted the third short-term exchange of the project. This period marked another significant step in our collaborative venture, as students and educators from various countries, including Portugal, Romania, and Turkey, in addition to our gracious hosts in Ireland, came together to continue the journey of shared learning and cultural exchange.
During this exchange, participants had the opportunity to delve deeper into the project's themes, strengthen their bonds, and work closely on essential project activities. The central theme of the week was 'Job Interview Skills,' and it was indeed a fantastic week the students devoted their time to mastering the intricacies of job interviews, honing their technical and social skills.
In the morning of the first day, we embarked on a series of engaging activities. We began with a comprehensive tour of the school, providing us with insights into the educational environment at New Cross College. This was followed by a warm and welcoming speech that further strengthened the bonds between our partner schools.

In the afternoon, they embarked on an exciting adventure in the heart of the city. The activity was a historic sights hunt in the city center, and each of the groups was paired with two enthusiastic Irish students.

On January 31st, the students had the opportunity to participate in activities centered around interview techniques. These sessions covered essential do's and don'ts of interviews, providing valuable insights into making a favorable impression during job interviews.
Following the theoretical knowledge, the students put what they learned into practice through interview simulations. This hands-on experience allowed them to refine their interview skills and build confidence in their ability to succeed in future job interviews.
On Wednesday morning, students engaged in a dynamic set of activities. They embarked on the creative task of crafting brochures based on the work accomplished during the first two days of the exchange. This activity allowed them to synthesize their learning and communicate it effectively.

On Thursday, it was a day dedicated to outdoor, cultural, and leisure activities. We embarked on an exciting adventure, boarding a Paddywagon tour to explore Glendalough, Wicklow, and Kilkenny.
