Bridget Ruggiero is an Instructional Designer and Technology Integration Specialist based in Tampa, Florida, with a proven record of driving innovation in K–12 and higher education. Bridget led the district-wide rollout of Canvas LMS for Hillsborough County, developed and delivered impactful professional development, and created technology training that empowers educators to confidently use digital tools.
She specializes in prompting AI to generate custom code for course design, enabling instructional designers and teachers, without coding experience, to build interactive, accessible, and visually engaging content. Bridget organized a county-wide AI conference connecting educators and university staff to practical applications of artificial intelligence in education, and serves on the district’s AI Governance Council, shaping policy for ethical technology integration.
