Work with an experienced psychologist who can help you get past the roadblocks to becoming your best self.
Hello, I am Dr. Bridget Cabibi, a Licensed Psychologist in the states of Florida and New Hampshire, as well as a Certified School Psychologist in the states of Florida and Pennsylvania, where I earned my doctorate degree (Psy.D.) with School, Organizational, and Family specializations. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families in different areas with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, emotional abuse, addictions, sexuality, spirituality, identity, anger management, stress, co-dependency, perfectionism, self-esteem, and life transitions. I have been involved in psychology on a national level and have taught students of all levels, including doctoral psychology interns.
My therapy style is warm, interactive, and engaged. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, psychodynamic, and client centered treatment, utilizing techniques from these and other styles of therapy tailored to each individual. I create custom treatment plans along with you in an effort to provide the best support for you to reach your goals and grow toward your ideal self. These will also be informed by your cultural background and personal and family history. It is very important to me that you feel accepted, heard, and respected throughout our work together.
My role as your psychologist is to empower you to change in a way that leads to a more meaningful, healthy and satisfying life. I believe therapy is a great step in establishing support and movement in our lives. It takes courage and strength to start to overcome the roadblocks to achieving your hopes and dreams, and I look forward to providing a safe, supportive space for you to work to achieve your potential!
