Join us for a gentle wellbeing walk followed by a relaxed coffee morning. It’s a lovely opportunity to get some fresh air, connect with other parents, and take a well-deserved break.

✅ Open to all Nottingham parents (especially those experiencing loneliness, low mood, or supporting children with SEN or mental health struggles)
