Brickell West Construction Plans

We are planning to build the Brickell West Panda Emporium City Center in the heart of Brickell West. It will finish at around the year 2023. This construction plan is being led by City Council Member Daquarius Dashawndres. This will help us show pride for our National Animal, and it is a massive project.
