These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BrewLink app and related services (the "Service") operated by BrewLink ("we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy:https://sites.google.com/view/brewlinkprivacypolicy/privacy-policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. THE SERVICE AND ACCOUNTS
BrewLink is a coffee community and taste journal. You can log drinks, explore content, use your Flavor Passport and Taste Profile, create Share Cards, message other users, and purchase BrewLink Plus or Brew Beans.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your country). If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
You may sign up with Sign in with Apple, email and password, or browse limited content as a guest. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us at dixon2621@outlook.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. YOUR CONTENT AND CONDUCT
"User Content" includes cup logs, photos, profile information, messages (including voice messages), and other material you submit.
You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant BrewLink a license to host, store, display, and share it only as needed to run the Service, including showing public content to other users as you choose in the app.
You may not use the Service to harass others, post illegal or harmful content, spam, impersonate others, infringe rights, or bypass security or in-app purchases. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Messaging is for drink-related conversation. You may receive message requests before a chat becomes active. Use report and block tools if needed. Private cup logs (BrewLink Plus) stay visible only to you in Passport, as described in the app.
4. IN-APP PURCHASES
All digital purchases must be made through Apple In-App Purchase. Prices are shown before you confirm.
BrewLink Plus (monthly subscription)
- Charged to your Apple ID at purchase.
- Renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Includes premium features shown in the app while active (such as Share Card themes, Advanced Taste Profile, private logs, and included cosmetics).
Brew Beans (consumable)
- Used for one-time unlocks shown in the app.
- Non-refundable except where required by law; do not expire while your account is active; cannot be restored via Restore Purchases.
Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore an active BrewLink Plus subscription on the same Apple ID. Apple handles payment and billing; purchases are also subject to Apple's terms, including https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
5. TERMINATION
You may stop using the Service or delete your account anytime in Settings > Delete Account. Deletion is permanent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for safety or legal reasons.
6. CHANGES AND GOVERNING LAW
We may update these Terms . Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
