How do I create an account?
Open the app > Sign In or Register > use Sign in with Apple or email/password. You must agree to our Terms of Service (https://sites.google.com/view/brewlinktermsofservice/terms-of-service) and Privacy Policy (https://sites.google.com/view/brewlinkprivacypolicy/privacy-policy).
What is guest mode?
Guests can browse Home only. Sign in to use Discover, Passport, Log, Me, messaging, and purchases.
How do I edit my profile?
Go to Me > pencil icon > update nickname, bio, or profile photo.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Me > gear (Settings) > Delete Account > confirm > type "delete" to finalize.
This permanently removes your BrewLink account and associated data from our systems. This action cannot be undone.
BrewLink Plus subscription
What is BrewLink Plus?
A monthly subscription that unlocks premium Share Card themes, Advanced Taste Profile, private cup logs, and included passport covers and stamp skins while active.
How much does it cost?
The current price is shown in the app before you purchase (typically billed monthly through Apple). Prices may vary by region and are set by Apple.
How do I subscribe?
Open BrewLink Plus from Me, Settings, or when a premium feature prompts you > review benefits and price > Start Monthly Plan > confirm with Apple.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple:
1. Open iPhone Settings
2. Tap your Apple ID name
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select BrewLink Plus
5. Tap Cancel Subscription
Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep Plus benefits until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my subscription?
On the BrewLink Plus screen, tap Restore Purchases (top right), or go to Settings > Store > Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you originally purchased with.
Brew Beans (consumables)
What are Brew Beans?
Consumable credits for one-time unlocks—such as premium Share Card exports, passport covers, stamp skins, or a timed profile pin—without a subscription.
Do Brew Beans expire?
No. They stay on your BrewLink account while it remains active.
Can I get a refund on Brew Beans?
Consumable purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
Purchase didn't unlock?
Tap Restore Purchases; force-quit and reopen the app; confirm you're signed into the correct Apple ID
Price looks wrong?
App Store prices are set by Apple and may differ by region or currency
Photo won't attach?
Settings > BrewLink > enable Camera or Photos
App feels slow?
Update to the latest iOS and latest BrewLink version from the App Store
