For this project I had to model a physical item that consisted of five pieces in Solidworks. I did this by using a micrometer and calipers to measure the dimensions of the item that I choose. I then used these dimensions to model the object in Solidworks. Overall I learned how to use a micrometer to measure an item and how to reverse engineer an object using Solidworks.
