Terms of Service & Liability Waiver

ATTENTION: Please READ the full document below before requesting service. Your submission of a pickup request confirms your binding acceptance of all terms, including the liability limits and surcharges listed below. 

Quick Reference Summary of Key Policies 

• Liability Cap: Total reimbursement for lost or damaged items is strictly limited to the LESSER OF 10% or $100.00 per order.

• Service Location: All pickup and delivery is front door only. Our staff will NOT enter any residence.

• FR Clothing Rule: Flame Resistant (FR) garments MUST be physically separated from all standard laundry prior to pickup.

• Pet Hair Surcharge: Orders containing light pet hair will incur a $2.00 surcharge; heavy pet hair incurs a $5.00 surcharge.

• Forfeiture: Unpaid items will be held for a maximum of 30 days before being forfeited.

• Minimum Order: All orders are subject to a 10-pound minimum, with a minimum service charge of $10.00
