1. How do I sign up?

a. Go to the Home page and click "Request Pickup".

2. What areas do you service?

b. We currently service Victoria, TX and Inez, TX

3. How does it work?

c. Once you request your pickup, we will contact you to verify your details.  You will then be sent a link to book your specific date and time.  We will pick up your order from your FRONT PORCH, complete the chosen service, then delivery your fresh laundry back to your FRONT PORCH.

4. What is the turnaround time?

d. We offer both same day service and 24 hour turnaround.

5. Do you offer Dry Cleaning?

e. We do NOT currently offer Dry Cleaning.

6. Do you offer ironing services?

f. We do NOT currently offer ironing services.

7. Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

g. Absolutely NOT! You decide when you need a pickup :)

8. Will my clothes be washed or dried with other customer's clothes?

h. Definitely NOT!  We take sanitation very seriously.  All orders are completed separately AND the washer is cleaned and disinfected between orders.

2. How do I pay?

b. We accept Venmo, Cashapp, or cash.  Orders must be paid prior to delivery.

3. Is there a minimum charge?

c. Yes. Our minimum order is 10lbs.  Depending on the service you choose, your minimum charge will be:

• The Breeze Classic: $10.00 plus tax & applicable fees

• The Jet Stream: $15.00 plus tax & applicable fees

• The Closet Ready: $5.00 plus tax & applicable fees

4. Will I be charged if I cancel my service?

d. Services cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled slot will NOT be charged.  If a service is scheduled with less than 24 hours notice, a $25 fee will be charged.

5. Do you have gift cards?

e. Yes we do! Please send us a message if you'd like a gift card!
