How It Works: Laundry Simplified 

We make professional wash-dry-fold and folding services effortless. Just follow these simple steps! 

Step 1: Request Your Pickup

• Schedule: Click the "Request Pickup" button on our homepage.

• Tell Us What You Need: Select your desired service (The Breeze Classic, The Jet Stream, or The Closet Ready) and specify any preferences.

• Agree to Terms: Review and accept our Waiver & Terms (including the $100 liability cap and surcharges) before submitting your request.

Step 2: Leave Your Laundry Out

• Location is Key: Place your laundry bag(s) outside your front door at the scheduled time in garbage bags. Our drivers will not enter your home.

• Empty Pockets: Please ensure all pockets are completely empty to avoid damage to garments or loss of personal items.

• Separate FR Clothing: If you are including Flame Resistant (FR) or Arc-Rated (AR) garments, they MUST be placed in a separate, clearly marked bag from all other household laundry. Failure to separate voids our liability regarding FR integrity.

• 10 minute window: You have a 10 minute window within your pickup time to place laundry outside.

Step 3: Clean Laundry, Delivered

• Processing: We weigh your laundry, apply the correct service (including any necessary Pet Hair Surcharges), wash, dry, and fold (or fold only for The Closet Ready).

• Payment: Payment is due before delivery. You will receive an invoice after processing.

• Delivery: Your neatly folded, fresh laundry is delivered back to your front door within the agreed-upon turnaround time (24 hours for The Breeze Classic, Same-Day/12 hours for The Jet Stream, or 24 hours for The Closet Ready).
