My private sessions are a supportive, interactive process designed to help you turn inward in a way that feels safe, and grounded. My role is not to fix or interpret your experience, but to hold a compassionate space while encouraging you to go deeper through thoughtful questions. I often describe myself as a sacred witness and intuitive mirror, someone who walks beside you while you do your own inner work, helping you feel seen and supported.
During the session, you’re encouraged to speak your experience out loud as it unfolds. This allows insights, emotions, memories, and sensations to move from internal awareness into conscious understanding. I reflect back what I hear and ask questions that help you connect with your own truth. The process is highly conversational and responsive, following what your body and inner wisdom are ready to explore in that moment.
At the heart of this work is the belief that healing comes from within. When we create space to listen deeply, acknowledge what is true, and meet ourselves with compassion, meaningful change becomes possible. My role is simply to help you access that inner wisdom and support you as you learn to trust it.
Each session combines breathwork, visualization, somatic awareness, parts & inner child work, and practices that support emotional release. When appropriate, we may also incorporate techniques such as EFT (tapping), grounding touch, rapid eye movement, or energy-based practices that work with the body’s natural energy systems, including chakras and meridians, to help restore balance and move stuck energy.
A typical two-hour session includes intention setting, breathwork and meditation to settle into the body, a discovery phase where we explore whatever arises, compassionate release of limiting beliefs or stored emotions, and time for integration and reflection. Integration is an essential part of my practice. It is when insight transforms into lasting clarity and understanding can begin to translate into real-life change.

This setting is often ideal for those who feel comfortable integrating insights on their own or who who prefer processing in a group setting.

These sessions go beyond breathwork alone, incorporating guided meditation, energy work, intuitive questioning, and space for you to speak your experience out loud as it unfolds. These sessions are focused on uncovering and undoing negative thoughts and beliefs, compassionate inner child healing, emotional integration and finding your truth, and deep reflection and understanding one's self. Having dedicated support allows you to explore more deeply, recognize patterns, and integrate what arises in a way that fosters lasting peace, clarity, and stronger self-trust that builds upon itself. Many people choose one-on-one work when they feel ready to listen to their inner truth and create meaningful, sustained change.
