Each session is a 2 hour guided, intuitive experience to meet you exactly where you are. They are focused on shifting negative thoughts and beliefs, compassionate inner child healing, emotional integration, and finding your inner truth.
We gently settle into your body through breathwork and meditation, creating a sense of safety and presence before moving into deeper exploration.
From there, we follow what arises.
This might include visualization, somatic awareness, or inner child and parts work; woven together in a way that supports your process in the moment. We may also incorporate tools like EFT (tapping), grounding touch, working with your chakras and meridians, or gentle eye movement techniques to support emotional release and help your body move through your experience.
No two sessions look exactly the same, because no two people, or moments, are the same.
Each session ends with integration, an essential part of this work.
It’s where insight begins to land, where your body starts to feel safer,
and where what you’ve experienced can begin to take shape in your everyday life.
