Steps (from an email with Visa Supply - Michael Fenton - michael@visasupply.com ): 

1. View the documentation requirements, processing time, and fees on my website here: https://www.visasupply.com/brazil-tourist-visa.html

2. Email items 1 - 3 (to michael@visasupply.com ) and then complete the form on our website (item 4). 

3. Once I see that everything looks good, I will then ask each person to place an order on our website.
