Helping Hands Team

The Helping Hands volunteer team consists of Braun Station West (8SW) residents who have a heart to serve and would enjoy helping our neighbors in need. At the March 2023 monthly Board meeting, the BSW Board of Directors appointed a committee to assist our neighbors who are seniors or persons with disabilities who are in violation of the Covenants and are in need of help with yard maintenance. If you are interested in volunteering, please complete our BSW Helping Hands Volunteer Form at the link below. When a project is approved, we will contact you and ask if you are available to work on the scheduled date. There will be no cost to volunteers, however, we do ask that you bring your own protective gear, including gloves and safety eyewear and equipment such as pruning shears or a rake.

If you would like to nominate a neighbor who is a senior or a person with disabilities (including veterans), please complete our BSW Helping Hands Nomination Form at the link below. All submissions will be confidential and the physical address will only be shared with volunteers who are able to commit to work on the scheduled date. If you prefer, you may stop at the office for a copy of the form or contact our HOA Manager, Heather Donahue, at 210.680.3009, to sign up to work or to nominate someone who might need a helping hand.
