Teacher & professor
in Nova Scotia, Canada.
Merging technical expertise with a background in social science I create fun & transformative educational experiences in the Annapolis Valley. Navigating the crossroads of technology & education through harnessing artificial intelligence's power for refined pedagogy, I aim for culturally responsive and universally accessible, digital-age learning.
Local-first,
future-facing solutions.
I lead Grow & Go at NKEC, though my role with Acadia University. This student-powered, school-grown initiative rooted in wellness and food sovereignty is supported by the Lighthouse Project, The Government of Nova Scotia, Nova Scotia Health, Novo Nordisk and our ongoing partnerships with local farms and community organisations.
Human-centric,
tech-forward education.
I teach at Northeast Kings Education Centre and profess at Acadia University, with recognition as an HP Teaching Fellow. My academic interests span sociology, philosophy, sustainability, and computer science.
Systems-driven dev, focused on storytelling.
I design games and digital tools using lots of programs and pixel art pipelines with my student's collaboration.
My approach bridges curriculum, creativity, and code to craft interactive systems that teach, inspire, & adapt to student needs.
