VHS Tape - Find an explosive that you can throw. Go to the Video Store. Make sure your on the first floor. Go to the corner with the shelves that say horror and they should be railing with red rope right next to it. Aim at the opening between the shelf and the railing. Cook your explosive until its about to explode and throw it in that corner. Now go prone at that small corner opening and pick up the VHS Tape.

Simon Says - Go to the TV Store. Go behind the counter and interact with the tape player to start the game. four TVs should start showing colors which is what you have to play off of. You have to play it three times and they will get longer each time. once you finish it one tv will be permanently on which you have to interact with.

Slenderman - Your screen should be black and white and there will be a slenderman zombie that will chase you. The slenderman zombie will instant down you if you touch it. Go buy Tombstone. Go to the Particle Accelerator and down your self in front of it. Turn into Tombstone Shadow. Look on top of the Particle Accelerator and shoot the Slender zombie with red eyes up there. He will spliut multiple times but only shoot the one with red eyes. After enough splits he will go back to one and disappear. Now revive your self and you should have every perk now.
