Tape 1 - Go to the Scientist Quarters in the village. Now go up the stairs next to the armor stand and there should be a small shelf right in front of it which is where the tape will be to collect.
Tape 2 - Go to Equipment Storage in the village. Next to the big locker with a code will be a shelf with lost of boxes which is where the tape is to collect.
Tape 3 - Go to Motor Pool Office. The tape will be in between a green file cabinet and a desk to pick up.
Song - Once you have collect all three tapes a song will start playing
