Power/Pack-a-punch - Turn on power and pack-a-punch
Hand - Pack-a-punch a weapon. Enter the Dark Aether and go to the Medical Bay. There should a large window with a hallway next to the Speed Cola. Down that hall there should be four doors. Next to those doors there are buttons. You will have to shoot each one of their buttons once they turn red. After you do that one of the doors should have a green beam come it which you have to shoot the button that is at that door. And a big hand will come out for a few seconds.
