I am a Lecturer for the Maths Learning Centre (MLC) at De Montfort University. My interests include coarse and metric geometry, topology, and category theory, as well as new pedagogical ideas for conquering maths anxiety.
I completed my PhD at The University of Sheffield in 2026, with Paul Mitchener, my thesis entitled On Some Coarse Homotopy Invariants.
At Sheffield, I was an active member of the Algebraic Topology group at Sheffield, co-organising the internal Algebraic Topology Seminar Series for the Academic Year 2022/23 and the British Topology Meeting.
A list of my written works can be found here.
