Fable Brewing Company is a new craft brewery dedicated to producing handcrafted beers themed to fables and fairy tales. Fable was founded in 2023 by three Burlingtonians, including head brewer James Sparks, USAF Veteran and a former chef and restaurateur. When its brewery and taproom are completed, Fable will create an experience where folks who appreciate fantasy and storytelling come together to tell stories through beer.

Fable combines traditional brewing techniques with modern recipes and innovative flavors and offers a wide range of beer styles beyond the usual New England IPAs, such as blonde ales, wheat ales, and stouts. Our mission is to become an institution embedded in the communities of Burlington, Bedford, Lexington, and Woburn for adventurers and craft beer enthusiasts alike.
