I am the Scientific Data Developer of BioInnovation Institue in Denmark. 

My previous research focuses on 1) Metabolic systems biology with emphasis on structure-function relationships of human gut microbiome in health and disease; 2)  Multi-omics with emphasis on cancer, metabolic disease, and host-microbiota interaction in human ; 3) Metabolism with emphasis on secondary metabolism in bacteria, fungal, and plant. I am particularly interested in the factors that govern the gut microbiome dynamics, and investigating the complexity plays in how microbes interact and evolve with both computational and experimental approaches.

Currently, I am mainly working on the biomedical data science.
