Note: You WILL need to keep track of your hours on the "Verification Sheet" on the left here for the 2025-2026 school year. Please have the person in charge of your community service sign the form. Please also add group project participation on this sheet and highlight/mark it as well. Additionally, please ensure to write how many volunteering hours you are submitting in total on the first page.

2025-2026 Current NHS Members Requirements:
Thursday, May 21st, 2026, 6:00 PM - Induction Ceremony at NPAC
Doors open at 5:30 PM and the ceremony starts at 6:00 PM
Be there at 5:30 PM promptly
Wear nice clothes! (dress shirt, suit, dress, white top, black bottom, etc.)
- First Club time of the year, in the library: Mandatory Meeting for current members! Bring any questions you may have. Please check your school emails from time to time!
