Here are all the forms needed for Honor Society. Click on the underlined links to access documents. 

Interested Members Only Forms:

• Activity Information Form is Due - To join the 2026-2027 year, you must fill out the Activity Information Form & turn it in to Mrs. Misener (via mailbox) by Friday, February 6th, 3:30 PM. If for any reasons, the school was closed, you may email it to her (cmisener@nsd.org), however, you are strongly recommended to turn in earlier than the deadline!

Current or Newly Accepted Members Only Forms:

• NHS Hour Verification Form-  Community Service Hours 

• Contact Form - NHS Contact Form

• Touchbase - $25 dues (Pay via Touchbase ASB) (Payment window opens March 17th, 2026 and closes April 17th, 2026)
