The Government College Bichhua was established on 21 September 1989 by Government of Madhya through University Grants Commission (UGC) act 1956 and recognized under section 2(f) and 12(b). It is affiliated to Raja Shankar Shah University Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh. Government College Bichhua has been accredited "B" by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) on 09/06/2017. Town Bichhua is a tehsil place of district Chhindwara, located between 21048'38"N and 79001'30"E latitude and longitude respectively at the altitude of about 550 meters above Mean Sea Level (MSL) in the neighborhood environs of Pench Tiger Reserve.
