Outreach

I have been actively involved in educational outreach events with the Princeton University AOS (Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences) Program. We visit community colleges to share science about environmental change and opportunities to get involved in Earth sciences. We also present some hands-on experiments to a wide range of audiences at various sciences exhibitions.

2023 TEEN STEM CONFERENCE

I participated in the 2023 Teen Stem Conference, held by the Boys and Girls Clubs of Mercer County, with AOS grad student/postdoc Maya Chung and Wenda Zhang.

We presented hands-on experiments, including tornado in a bottle and rotating tank, to 5th-8th grades teen to demonstrate geophysical fluid dynamics. (November 09, 2023)
