• Booked & Boarded carries an active policy with Pet Care Insurance

• In addition to check-ins and play time, we monitor a camera in the Booked & Boarded guest house to ensure guest safety and comfort 

• Set on a beautiful one-acre property, Booked & Boarded offers a private walking trail that follows a brook originating from Mt. Greylock 

• The fully fenced in backyard is half shaded at all times 

• Dog waste in the yard is removed daily; the yard is also snow-blown in the winter for comfortable access

• Clean water is accessible 24/7 both inside and outside 

• The Booked & Boarded guest house is fully cleaned and sanitized between each pet family booking 

• The guest house is temperature controlled; cooled in the summer and heated in the fall/winter

🐾Some dogs require additional time to adjust to a new environment, while others may naturally have higher energy levels or unique care needs. In these situations, we may determine that services beyond our standard boarding package are necessary to ensure your pet's safety, well-being, and overall comfort.

If additional services are recommended and were not selected at the time of booking, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you in advance to discuss our recommendations and any associated fees. If we are unable to reach you, Booked & Boarded reserves the right to authorize and provide any additional care we deem necessary in the best interest of your pet. Any resulting charges will be due at the time of pick-up.🐾
