Heartstopper is a beautifully illustrated love story.  With amazing queer representation, this rose-tinted view on life is a refreshing escape from reality. 

While this book may seem a bit unrealistic at first, it can be incredibly enjoyable if approached as an ideal opposed to a norm. 

We recommend this series to ages 13+, as it includes swearing and heavier topics like eating disorders and self harm.
