Thank you for using Book of Wisdom.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for purchases made inside the Application.

1. Google Play Purchases (Subscriptions & In-App Purchases)

All payments processed through Google Play Billing follow Google’s refund policies.

For refund requests related to purchases made on Android:

2. Stripe Purchases (Website or External Portal)

If you purchased through our website or any Stripe-powered checkout:

All payments are final unless required by local consumer law

Subscription renewals are not automatically refunded once charged

You may cancel future renewals at any time

To request a Stripe refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase:

Refunds may be granted in cases such as:

Duplicate charges

Accidental purchases

Technical failure preventing access

Documented billing error

We cannot refund:

Completed subscription periods

Credits or digital items already consumed

Purchases made more than 7 days ago

3. Digital Goods & Astrology Content

All astrology content, readings, sacred calculations, journals, and digital ebooks are considered digital goods.

Because digital goods cannot be “returned,” refunds are not guaranteed, except as required by law.

However, we always aim to be fair—reach out if something went wrong.

4. Subscription Cancellations

Cancel anytime through your device:

Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions

Canceling stops future charges.

Canceling does not provide a refund for the current billing period unless required by Google or local law.

5. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Charges

If you see a charge you did not authorize:

Contact Google Play or Stripe immediately

Email us as well for assistance

We will assist in verifying the transaction but final decisions are made by Google Play or Stripe.
