BOOK OF WISDOM — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”, “EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and Anthony Wedderburn (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, “our”), the creator of the mobile application Book of Wisdom (“Application”, “App”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not install or use the Application.

1. License Grant
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with this EULA.

2. Intellectual Property
All content within the Application — including sacred calculations, spiritual interpretations, articles, audio content, ebooks, UI/UX designs, algorithms, the Sacred Secretion Engine, Life Chapter Engine, Sacred Narrative Engine, Codex system, and all associated materials — are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Application
reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
distribute or sell the Application or its content
use the Application for commercial purposes without written permission

3. User Accounts & Eligibility
To access certain features, you may need to create an account.
By using the Application you confirm that:
You are at least 13 years old, or the age required by your local law.
If under 18, you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
The Application may offer:
one-time credit packs
subscription plans
premium upgrades
ebook purchases
audio content
Payments are processed securely through:
Google Play Billing
Stripe (for certain backend transactions)
By making a purchase, you agree to the Google Play payment terms and our Refund Policy.
Subscription Terms
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
You may cancel anytime through your Google Play account settings.
No refunds will be issued for:
unused time
accidental purchases
forgetting to cancel before renewal

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes:

6. Spiritual & Educational Disclaimer (Important)
The Application provides spiritual, symbolic, and interpretive guidance only.
By using the Application, you agree and acknowledge that:
The content is not medical advice, psychological counseling, or professional therapy.
The Application is not a substitute for licensed mental health care, legal advice, medical treatment, or financial planning.
Sacred calculations, narratives, rituals, astrology insights, Sacred Secretion cycles, and all interpretations are symbolic and may not reflect literal events.
You use the App at your own discretion and responsibility.
If you are experiencing mental health distress, consult a qualified professional immediately.

7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
misuse the Application
submit harmful, abusive, or illegal content
disrupt servers, networks, or APIs
attempt unauthorized access to the backend
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

8. Availability & Updates
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Application at any time.
You agree that:
updates may be required to continue using the Application
some features may change without notice
we are not liable for downtime or data loss

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:
you violate any part of this EULA
we are required to do so by law
we discontinue the Application
Upon termination, your license will automatically end.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
personal injury
emotional or psychological reactions to content
lost profits or data
indirect or consequential damages
inaccuracies in spiritual interpretations or astrological results
delays, errors, or failures caused by third-party services
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the Application in the previous 12 months.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, your rights are preserved as required by law.

11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service Provider against any legal claims, damages, or losses arising from:
your use of the Application
violation of this Agreement
misuse of spiritual or interpretive content

12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this EULA from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the Application and/or our website.
Continuing to use the Application after changes means you accept the revised terms.
