Band Calendar

About the Calendar

The calendar cards are automatically generated from the bands' shared spreadsheets any committee member can change the data . If you notice any errors or omissions, please contact bondibrass@gmail.com. The calendar currently includes BondiBrass and BigBand, with rehearsals, venue changes and last-minute schedule updates also displayed here.

Coming Soon Q1 2027: The "I'm available to play" feature will allow musicians to indicate their availability (Yes / No / Maybe) and view the band's overall availability numbers for each gig. This feature will be enabled once musician login functionality is in place.

About this application

This homegrown, spreadsheet-driven application is a prototype for ASBOF  designed for community bands, brass bands, orchestras , rock bands, choirs  and schools managing multiple ensembles (e.g. Junior, Middle, Senior and Stage Bands) .
It allows band committees to collaboratively maintain and update their schedules using shared spreadsheets, with changes automatically reflected in the published calendar — without requiring specialist website administration.
