Hi! Welcome to my scrapbook, which documents my trip of a lifetime. I was first introduced to Rick when I was a junior in high school. I was embarking on my first international trip to France in 2014 and my French teacher, who was chaperoning, referred us to Rick's packing light philosophy and checklist. After scouring all the resources, I began to dig into Rick's tours. I found the Best of Europe tour and I was HOOKED. I knew that someday I would go on this trip no matter how long it took me to save up for it. After working through college and earning my teaching degree, making it through the COVID-19 pandemic, and meeting and marrying my husband, 2024 was finally my year!
A little about me - I'm a first grade teacher in rural New Hampshire, which affords me the time each summer to explore and travel. This year will be my fifth year as a teacher. When I travel, I try to take the lens of a student to see what the world has for lessons to teach. So far my favorite ones are humanism, art, and FOOD!
